Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is one of Queensland's oldest and most cherished wildlife attractions, located on the Gold Coast at Currumbin. Founded in 1947 by florist and naturalist Alex Griffiths, it began as a sanctuary for wild lorikeets and grew into a world-class wildlife park now home to 1,400+ animals across 60+ species.
