Malaysia's National Zoo
Zoo Negara (National Zoo of Malaysia) is Malaysia's largest and most important zoo, located in Hulu Kelang, just 13 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur city centre. Spanning 110 acres, it is home to over 5,000 animals from 476 species including many species endemic to Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
🐼 Giant Pandas – Malaysia's Treasures
Zoo Negara houses Xinxin and Nuan Nuan — Malaysia's resident giant pandas. The Giant Panda Conservation Centre, opened in 2014 to house the pandas gifted by China, is the zoo's most popular exhibit and a symbol of Malaysia-China relations.
